At Clari Labs Research, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 90-day return window for most products. You may request a full refund if independent testing confirms non-purity or even if you simply change your mind. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, though we may also consider returns for opened or used peptides in certain cases.

To initiate a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email from lab@clarilabsresearch.llc. Our team will provide the return address along with easy, step-by-step instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
