If you’re not completely satisfied, just contact us to request a return and refund — it’s that simple.

Please note:

• All returns must be pre-approved. You’ll need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping your product back.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after your return is received.
• Emails mentioning human or animal consumption will not be answered and will void our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Products eligible for a refund:

• Any unopened or unused products.
• A maximum of one opened product (including individual vials).

This guarantee is valid for 90 days from the delivery date shown in your tracking details. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange; however, we review each case individually because your satisfaction is always our priority.
