Research Use Only

All products offered by ClariLabs Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with their handling and agree that these materials:

  • Are not intended for human or animal consumption.
  • Must not be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any other unauthorized purposes.
  • Do not grant any license or permission for use that would violate existing patents.

All materials must be handled exclusively by qualified, trained professionals in accordance with appropriate safety and regulatory standards.

Purchasers represent and warrant that they:

  • Are fully aware of all government regulations applicable to the use and exposure of these products.
  • Understand the health and safety hazards associated with their handling.

Intended Use and Compliance

All products sold by ClariLabs Research are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and must not be used for:

Products offered by ClariLabs Research have not been tested or certified for safety or efficacy in any such applications.

Purchasers represent and warrant that they will test, handle, and use all products in accordance with good laboratory practices (GLP) and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser further warrants that any materials developed using ClariLabs Research products will:

  • Not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
  • Not violate any provisions of that Act, including those related to interstate commerce.

Because many ClariLabs Research products are intended for research use only, they may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that any materials purchased are approved for their intended use under TSCA or other relevant regulations.

Safety and Responsibility

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for verifying potential hazards, conducting necessary research, and determining safe usage procedures.

No product sold by ClariLabs Research shall be considered a food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic.
All products are for research use only and must never be used for recreational purposes or human consumption.

ClariLabs Research shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

Use and Patents

All materials are sold for laboratory and manufacturing research use only and must be handled by qualified professionals.

The inclusion of any material on this website does not grant a license or recommendation to use it in violation of any patent or intellectual property rights.

Orders

Orders will not be accepted from individuals under the age of 18. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms compliance with this requirement and acknowledges the potential risks associated with improper use of research materials.

Indemnification

In consideration of the sale of any product—which would not otherwise be made—the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ClariLabs Research, its affiliates, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind arising from the handling, use, or misuse of products purchased.
